Open the calendarHow an episode moves through the Studio
- Long-form video. Put the camera files in
media/raw/<episode>/and ask Claude to edit them. Review each cut here, leave notes on the timeline, approve, and the final renders. - Shorts. Once the final is ready, press Generate Shorts. Review each one the same way.
- Titles + thumbnail. Pick or rewrite the title, description and tags, and tune the thumbnail.
- Schedule. Drop the approved video and Shorts on the calendar.
